To drive consumer inquiries as well as professional referrals to an emerging Service Line and increase Beth Israel's national brand exposure through the Nation's first internet broadcast of a Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass surgery.


The Solution
O.R. Live "Plus". slp3D developed and distributed a live event that featured CME for medical professionals and news-magazine style content for consumers.


The Results
This broadcast from Beth Israel Medical Center generated a total audience of 2,337 for the live event and the archive generated an audience of 3,012 in the subsequent month. The Institution received a total of 117 referral inquiries and booked 5 cases on live event day. Additionally, the event attracted coverage in consumer and professional online publications and was distributed through dozens of health-focused websites.
